How Do You Do (It)

(Incorporating "DIY")

Don't be a bottom feeder, DIY on the internet. Learn how to earn a income using web hosting. Earn from people you refer to web hosting as well.

Are you in the business of earning a living or are you just chasing these get rich quick schemes that do not seem to go anywhere. I will tell you what I think, I think that these advertisers have managed to get to the top and they intend to stay there. How? Well look at this.

If I were at the top, earning $5,000 a week wouldn’t I spend say $1000 of that advertising and say "be like me I earn $5000 per week. Just pay $20 month and so can you".

Well for $1000 week you can do a lot of advertising. You would only have to get 250 signups in a week to make $5000. These 250 signups soldier on for two or three months and realise they are not going anywhere. Meanwhile these heavy hitters as they are called just continue on. So you drop off, what do they care while you have been sending off your $20 a month for the last three months. They have already got thousands more signups in that time.

You see you and me are the bottom feeders that the top feeders get rich on.

Why do people fall for these so called "Nigerian Scams, "Your e-mail has just won a lottery" scams etc., because, some people believe it. They believe that they can get rich quick.

Have you seen the ads that try to sell you an e-book for X amount? They tell you, "follow the system I have used to earn me $1000 day. Just pay me $15 and I will send you the e-book and how you can use my system as well". I will tell you one thing, if I was earning $1000 a day from a system I had developed and was using, I wouldn’t be wasting my time trying to sell it off for a measly $15. Why would I bother. Apart from that why would I sell something that may affect what I am earning.

Well what can we do about all this? We have not got unlimited resources. We may not have the expertise. Well what?

It took me a while when I first entered the work from home Internet field, that I was basically just still working for others. What is that catch cry? "Sack the Boss" By Entering the Internet business field did we really sack the boss.

I come from a very heavy technical and software background. (No I am not going to sell you any software I dreamed up) and retired early. Bad for me because I still wanted an active mind that’s why I looked at the Internet.

I went through all the usual things. Hyips, paid to autosurf etc. I actually made money out of a couple of them fortunately. As 95% just went west, overall I just covered my total expenditure. What I did not cover was the vast amount of time I spent on these. But this didn’t worry me too much as I considered myself in a learning phase anyway.

I eventually decided that the only way to get ahead was to start myself. I do not mean start one of these get quick schemes of my own, but to build a genuine business on the Internet.

The first thing I did was get my own web host service. This is quite cheap these days. Then I investigated what I could sell through a web site. I joined "clickbank" Amazon, adsense and others. I found that I am now slowly growing my business and still learning of course. (one never stops learning)

Now this is a business and businesses start slow at first and then start to speed up.

I came across a program called GDI (Don’t go away if you have heard of them this isn’t about GDI. Global Domains International)

Essentially what they provided was web site hosting with an income. They provided web hosting and for every person you brought on board you earned $1 per month. Great I thought I need more web hosting as I am just about at the limit on the one I am using so why don’t I get it from GDI and earn from it as well. Dumb, dumb, dumb, I did not investigate the web site hosting that they were offering before I joined. I found that it was not real hosting at all. Yes you could put simple websites on it but all the other things you get with hosting you would get if you bought it from a normal hosting service was not there. I describe the GDI hosting as an emasculated type of hosting.

I got out of there quick as it was useless as far as I was concerned and I wasn’t going to stay an advertise what to me was just a matrix earning system.

It did get me thinking though.

An Internet team I am part of kept sending me E-mails about an opportunity called "Your Cash Cow" which I dismissed as silly. They kept sending me these so eventually I decided to have a look. At first glance it looked just like another GDI. Web site hosting with an income so I didn’t bother ant further with it. I still kept getting occasional e-mails about it. I decided to look at the web site hosting out of interest and to see if it was the same as GDI. To my surprise I found that the hosting they provided was through a real hosting company and had all the things you would expect.

This got me thinking even more. I thought it was worth $10 just to check it out. So I joined up and quickly put up a Website and a blog. I found that everything worked just as it should do. Remember I was also thinking, and this really excited me.

Well for a start I suspected that there were a lot of people out there who were just signing up for the income opportunity. The earnings were better than GDI. GDI only offered $1 for anyone you signed up. "Your cash cow" (Heck why did they call it that silly name) offered $3 for personally signed up members and $1 for members others sign up under you.

But what about the "Hosting" part. Well as I mentioned there are probably a heap of people out there who don’t really know what all this "hosting" is about. Some may know a bit. Wouldn’t it be worthwhile to teach these people to use their "hosting" to earn even more money on the Internet?

Well this is what I decided to do.

But first, what is in it for me, and, what is in it for people who join under me?

There are a couple of things to consider.

One how to make people stay in the system

How to teach people who want to use their hosting part.

There is a term out there called "matrix crumble" this was one reason I hated matrixes. Let's give an example.

The "Your Cash Cow" payment matrix starts as a 2 x 5 matrix. This means below you, you have two people those two people have two people each below them and so one down to 5 levels. Once filled it will hold 64 people. How does this matrix stay complete? It will only stay complete as long as each level is earning at least enough to cover their cost. Let’s face it people, this is the same in any business.

Now if people at the bottom cannot see that they are covering their costs they are liable to drop out. This means that the person above them has their income reduced so they may drop out and so on. Can you see how the term "Matrix Crumble" came about?

Well how to overcome this?

The only way I could see is by being selfish and unselfish. Now there’s a contradiction.

Well I thought this over. I am going to earn $1 month from anyone who is below me. I am going to earn $3 for any personal referrals below me. I though a bit more. It’s pointless me getting all those personal referrals if they are going to drop out after a couple of months. A $1 referral could stay in forever.

Consider this. If I helped my downline each to get, in the first instance, two personal referrals, and then I and my two personal referrals helped their personal referrals to get two. Does that mean that we will eventually all get covered for our costs.

Look at it this way. The monthly cost for YCC is $10. If I get two personal referrals I get $6 month. If I then forgo advertising for personal referrals and advertise for my first two referrals and at the same time they are advertising for themselves then they will get them quicker. Once my referrals get their two It means they get $6 month each and I get an extra $4. This then means that my total income is $10. This covers my monthly cost. Now what happens is that my referrals and their referrals advertise so that when they get them my personal referrals are covered. When this happens I will then be in profit because I get $1 from each. i.e $6 +$4+$8 = $18.

Once I see my personal referrals covering their costs then I can start advertising for my own personal referrals again. This speeds up things even more because for every personal referral I get I get $3 but they are also placed down in a vacant spot in my down line which earns them $1.

This is why I call this selfish and unselfish. I forgo trying to always get personal referral to benefit my down line (unselfish) while getting $1 from each they get (selfish)

As you can see this is a unique way to prevent "Matrix Crumble"

Well what about the hosting?

There are numerous way to use your hosting account to earn extra income. But what about those who are a bit of a dummy about all this.

One way to ensure people stay with YCC is to help them to create more income using the hosting. But out there, there are a lot of people who would not know where to start. Some haven’t a clue about what hosting is. This not being critical, I don’t know about things I am not involved in.

The big thing is that people can use things a long as they follow directions and those directions are clear. One does not need to know how a car works to drive it.

For my existing members I have started to put together a series of steps starting doing simple things and gradually getting more complex. These steps are so constructed to start using certain things in their hosting account. I will not explain any further but please have a look at my YCC Blog http://www.how-do-you-do.info/yourcashcow Here I have started students learning how to install a YCC Blog on their own web Host. You will not be able to see this as it is reserved for members who take on this task so it is passworded. The rest of the blog is interesting to read.

So where do we go from here. We use the YCC Hosting to get out of the bottom feeder position, we earn income from the YCC matrix on the way and possibly even lots. As your expertise grows you find ways to grow your business at last you stop being a bottom feeder.

The philosophy I have decided on above is essentially helping others to help myself. There is nothing wrong with that.

Decide and come on board.

But make sure you decide before any signing up
